  • Start by gathering your ingredients: 2 cups of raw almonds, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 1 teaspoon of sea salt.

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, add the raw almonds and drizzle the olive oil over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sea salt over the coated almonds and toss to ensure even seasoning.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the almonds in a single layer.
  • Roast the almonds in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • When they have turned golden brown and are fragrant, remove from the oven.
  • Allow the roasted almonds to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
