Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Rinse the cauliflower under cool water and allow it to dry completely.
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Carefully remove the leaves from the head of cauliflower and trim the stem for stability.
  • Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks for even cooking.

Cooking

  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to form a mixture.
  • Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the oil mixture generously.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the steaks without overcrowding.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. For longer storage, consider freezing.
