  • Select a large wooden board or platter.

Assembly

  • Arrange the cheeses in different sections on your board, starting with soft cheese in one corner, hard cheese in another, and a slice of blue cheese.
  • Fold or roll the sliced cured meats and place them adjacent to the cheeses.
  • Fill in any gaps on the board with fresh fruits like grapes, figs, and thinly sliced apples or pears.
  • Sprinkle nuts and olives around the board.
  • Find a small bowl and fill it with honey or your favorite jam.
  • Add a sprinkle of fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme on top.
