  • 16 oz sausage pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 10 oz Rotel tomatoes drained
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Add Bisquick mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Roll mixture into golf ball-sized portions and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding diced jalapeños, smoked paprika, or swapping cheddar with pepper jack cheese. These sausage balls can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
