Ingredients
  

Pasta Base

  • 8 oz pasta any variety
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or cheese blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and prepare 8 ounces of your preferred pasta. Open the Rotel tomatoes and measure out the cheese and seasonings.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions, about 8–10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and return to the pot over low heat.
  • Add the Rotel tomatoes to the cooked pasta, stirring well to combine evenly.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the pasta and tomatoes, mixing to prevent sticking and enhance flavor.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the pasta. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Add shredded cheese and stir continuously until melted and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately while warm.
