Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon fresh or thawed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat until it begins to foam.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  • Place the salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
  • During the last minute of cooking, drizzle fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sides such as roasted vegetables, rice, or salad.

Notes

For a flavor twist, add a splash of white wine while cooking or a pinch of red pepper flakes for spice. This dish pairs perfectly with crisp white wines like Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay.
