Coating and Crunch

  • ½ cup rolled oats

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients and ensure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
  • Use a cookie scoop to portion out the cheesecake mixture, rolling each portion into 1-inch balls, and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Freeze the cheesecake balls for 30 to 45 minutes.

Coating

  • In a shallow bowl, combine crushed pretzels and rolled oats.
  • Once cheesecake balls are firm, dip each into the caramel sauce, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Roll each ball in the pretzel-oat mixture until completely coated.
  • Return coated balls to the tray and chill for 10 minutes to set.
  • Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the chilled cheesecake balls.
  • If desired, sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for longer storage; thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
