  • ¼ cup milk Substitute with non-dairy milk if needed.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients on your kitchen counter. Preheat your oven according to the biscuit package instructions.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled sausage and shredded cheese. Mix well and stir in the milk until combined.
  • Open the can of biscuits, separate the biscuits, and cut each into quarters.
  • Add the quartered biscuits to the sausage and cheese mixture. Gently fold them in to coat each piece.
  • Pour the melted butter into a baking dish, ensuring to coat the bottom.
  • Add the biscuit mixture to the dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before baking.

Baking

  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake according to the biscuit package instructions, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  • Allow the biscuits to cool for a few minutes after removing from the oven.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze individual portions for up to three months.
