Ingredients
  

Butter Sauce

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika smoked or sweet
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce optional
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant, not browned.
  • Add butter and let it melt completely, stirring occasionally.
  • Whisk in Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
  • Stir in lemon juice and hot sauce, if using. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
  • Serve warm over seafood boil or use as a dipping sauce.

Notes

Adjust spice levels to taste. This sauce can be made ahead and reheated gently before serving.
