  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops, cleaned
  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large lemon, zested and juiced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter can substitute with vegan butter or more olive oil for dairy-free
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation

  • Gather and measure your ingredients.
  • Peel and devein the shrimp, clean the scallops, and chop the lobster meat.
  • Mince the garlic and chop the parsley; set aside.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat until butter is melted.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and scallops; cook until pink and opaque, about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the chopped lobster meat and warm through for 2-3 minutes.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture, sprinkle with parsley, salt, and pepper; stir gently to combine.
  • Plate the seafood on a serving platter.
  • Garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
