Ingredients
  

For the Pie

  • 1 pre-made chocolate pie crust
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped until stiff peaks form
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mint chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup green food coloring for vibrant color
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup for drizzling

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  • Divide the mixture into two bowls. In one bowl, add the mint chocolate chips and green food coloring.
  • Layer the mixtures into the chocolate pie crust, alternating between the mint mixture and the plain mixture.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
  • Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  • Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

This pie is perfect for St. Patrick’s Day and other spring gatherings. Store covered in the refrigerator.
