Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt

Toppings

  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • pepperoni or vegetables optional toppings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for skillet

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, flour, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Knead briefly, then let dough rest for 10 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  • Press dough into the skillet, forming an even layer.
  • Spread pizza sauce over dough, add cheese and desired toppings.
  • Cover skillet and cook for 15–20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  • Remove from heat, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, cook the crust for a few minutes before adding toppings. Great for stovetop-only cooking.
