  • 1 teaspoon salt Sea salt or kosher salt can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper White pepper can be used as a substitute.

  • 1 teaspoon paprika Can substitute with smoked paprika or chili powder.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash each potato thoroughly and pat them dry.
  • Slice the potatoes into thin rounds, aiming for 1/8-inch thickness.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Add the potato slices to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow the slices to cool for a few minutes before serving hot.

Notes

Make sure not to overcrowd the baking sheet to achieve maximum crispiness. Using parchment paper can help prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
