Preparation

  • Gather and measure all ingredients.
  • Set up your slow cooker.

Cooking

  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al-dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In the slow cooker, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, cream cheese, and black pepper.
  • Stir well to blend all ingredients.
  • Cover and set the slow cooker to low. Cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • After 2 hours, check the consistency. Add a splash more milk if it looks dry.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
