Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

Toppings

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan to form the crust.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  • Top with mini marshmallows, spreading them evenly.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden and chocolate slightly melted.
  • Allow to cool for 20 minutes before cutting into bars.

Notes

For a twist, drizzle melted chocolate or marshmallow fluff over cooled bars. Try using dark chocolate for a richer flavor or add chopped nuts for crunch. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
