Ingredients
  

For the cookie dough

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients and ensure they are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend it into the creamed mixture.
  • Stir in chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.

Baking

  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets with space between each.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and centers slightly soft.
  • Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Serving

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage up to 3 months. Reheat slightly before serving for a fresh taste.
