  • 1 cup rice cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Nutella (optional) Can be omitted based on preference.
  • as needed fruit leather or fruit rolls Used for sushi wrap.

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients on a clean surface.

Cook the Base

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue heating in 15-second increments until the mixture is smooth.

Mix the Coating

  • Add rice cereal and graham cracker crumbs into the bowl with the melted mixture. Gently fold everything together until all the cereal is coated.

Roll the Filling

  • Lay out the fruit leather flat on a clean surface. Spread the coated rice cereal mixture over the fruit leather evenly.

Create the Sushi Roll

  • Starting from one end, carefully lift the fruit leather and tightly roll it around the rice mixture.

Slice the Roll

  • Once fully rolled, slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.

Serve

  • Place sliced S’mores Sushi on a platter and serve immediately!

Store Leftovers

  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.

Notes

For added fun, serve with chocolate sauce or caramel for dipping. Store in the fridge to maintain freshness.
