  • 180 millilitres whole milk Substitute with plant-based milk for a dairy-free version.
  • 227 grams whipped topping, thawed Use dairy-free whipped topping for a vegan option.
  • 60 millilitres caramel sauce, for drizzling

Preparation

  • Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Core and chop the Granny Smith apples into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding and whole milk together until the mixture becomes thick and smooth, typically around 2 minutes.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping into the pudding mixture, ensuring it remains light and fluffy.
  • Add the chopped apples and chopped Snickers bars to the bowl, stirring gently to coat each piece without breaking up the apples.
  • Set aside approximately 120 millilitres (1/2 cup) of both the apples and chopped Snickers for garnish.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, sprinkle the reserved apples and Snickers pieces over the top and drizzle with caramel sauce.
