  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie or leftover chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped Any variety of lettuce will work.
  • ½ cup tomatoes, diced Fresh or canned tomatoes can be used.
  • ½ cup cheese, shredded Cheddar or mozzarella cheese is preferred.
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing Feel free to use a dairy-free version for vegan diets.
  • 4 large tortillas Use gluten-free tortillas for a gluten-free option.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Shred the cooked chicken and chop the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix well until coated.
  • Lay a large tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture onto the lower third of the tortilla.
  • Fold the right and left sides of the tortilla over the filling.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly starting from the bottom.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • Cut each wrap in half diagonally.
  • Serve immediately on a platter.

Notes

Store leftovers tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in microwave or oven before serving.
