Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie chicken recommended
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce adjust for desired spice level
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese plus more for topping
  • ½ cup ranch dressing can substitute with blue cheese dressing
  • 6–8 slices white cheese for ghost shapes
  • black decorating gel or mini olives for ghost eyes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and stir until evenly coated.
  • Microwave cream cheese for 15–20 seconds to soften, then spread it evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Layer the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the cream cheese base.
  • Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Cut ghost shapes from white cheese slices using a cookie cutter and place them on top of the dip.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and use black decorating gel or mini olives to create eyes on the ghost cheese shapes.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, vegetable sticks, or bread cubes for dipping.

Notes

This festive dip can be prepared ahead of time and baked before serving. Adjust spice level by using more or less buffalo sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
