  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted For brushing the crust
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ¼ cup diced spicy green chilies

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients and preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Flour your work surface lightly and roll out the refrigerated pizza crust until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Brush melted butter evenly over the entire surface of the pizza crust.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly across the crust, followed by shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Sprinkle crumbled bacon and diced spicy green chilies on top of the cheeses.
  • Carefully roll the filled pizza crust tightly into a log shape.
  • Slice the rolled log into 1-inch pinwheels.
  • Arrange the sliced pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. These pinwheels can be frozen before baking for up to 3 months.
