  • 12 small buns Slider Buns or any preferred variety
  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken cooked (use rotisserie chicken for quick preparation)
  • ½ cup Frank's Hot Buffalo Sauce more if you like it spicier
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded (cheddar or mozzarella are classics)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. If you’re using rotisserie chicken, shred it into bite-sized pieces. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Frank's hot buffalo sauce and stir until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
  • Place the slider buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
  • Scoop the buffalo chicken mixture into each bun generously and top with shredded cheese.
  • Melt the butter and brush the tops of the buns, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  • Once done, let the sliders cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These sliders can be assembled ahead of time, and their spice level can be adjusted based on personal preference. They store well in an airtight container for up to 3 days, and can be reheated in the microwave or oven.
