Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

Fillings

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped

Cheese

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Seasonings

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Stir in the spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, salt, and black pepper until evenly distributed.
  • Fold in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, leaving some for topping.
  • Transfer mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden and the dip is bubbling.
  • Let cool slightly (5 minutes), then serve warm with bread, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

You can use fresh spinach (blanched) instead of frozen, and adjust cheese amounts to your taste. Serve immediately for best texture.
