  • 8 oz brie cheese Slice into wedges
  • 1 cup assorted olives (green and black) Drain if in brine
  • 1 cup fresh grapes (red or green) Wash thoroughly
  • ½ cup honey For drizzling
  • 1 box assorted crackers Choose a variety
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Ensure the prosciutto is thinly sliced for easy rolling, and slice the brie into wedges.
  • Wash the grapes thoroughly and drain the olives if they are in brine.

Arrangement

  • Take a round palm leaf tray or any large serving platter of your choice.
  • Arrange the prosciutto in circular folds around the outer edge of the board.
  • Place the wedges of brie cheese in the center of the platter.
  • Scatter the assorted olives around the platter.
  • Cluster fresh grapes near the olives and cheese.
  • Find a small, decorative bowl for the honey and place it on the platter.
  • Fill any empty spaces with assorted crackers.
  • Sprinkle mixed nuts around the board.
