Stay Puft Marshmallows

Ingredients
Marshmallow Figures
- 9-12 pieces large marshmallows
- 1 cup white chocolate melted
- 1 tbsp vegetable shortening
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 pack candy eyes
- 1 black edible marker for decorating
Instructions
- Prepare workspace with parchment-lined baking sheet and gather all ingredients.
- Melt white chocolate with shortening in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Stack 3 marshmallows for each Stay Puft figure, using melted chocolate to hold them together.
- Dip the marshmallow stack into melted chocolate, coating completely. Place on baking sheet.
- While chocolate is still wet, press candy eyes onto the top marshmallow.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over the coated marshmallows for a ghostly look.
- Once chocolate sets, use edible marker to draw a smile on each marshmallow face.
- Let marshmallows rest 15 minutes or refrigerate until chocolate hardens. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a fun twist, use colored candy melts instead of white chocolate or add sprinkles for a festive touch. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
