  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed You can substitute with tenderloin or ribeye.
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter Can be substituted with olive oil or vegan butter.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Minced garlic paste can be an alternative.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped Chives or cilantro can also be used.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes, aiming for uniform pieces for even cooking.
  • Generously season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Set your skillet over medium-high heat and preheat it.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter to the hot skillet and let it melt.
  • Carefully add the seasoned steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer and sear for about 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet along with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Stir gently and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the garlic infuses into the steak.
  • Remove the skillet from heat when the steak has reached your desired doneness.

Serving

  • Transfer your steak bites to a serving platter, drizzle with the buttery garlic sauce from the pan, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container; they last up to 3 days in the fridge. Reheat in a skillet over low heat. Best served with robust red wine or refreshing iced tea.
