Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients, ensuring the cream cheese is softened.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of individual cups.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, ricotta cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until well combined.
  • Spoon the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker base in each cup.
  • Drizzle some strawberry syrup over the filling and top with sliced strawberries.
  • Cover the cups with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve chilled, optionally adding more whipped cream or strawberries before serving.

Notes

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. They can be frozen but should be thawed in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
