  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping (or heavy cream, whipped) Use whipped topping for a lighter texture.
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (for serving, optional) Can be substituted with gluten-free graham crackers.

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all necessary ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s completely smooth.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing thoroughly.
  • Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
  • Add the sliced strawberries to your mixture and gently fold them in.
  • Cover your bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least an hour.

Serving

  • Spoon the fluffed mixture into individual serving cups or bowls.
  • If desired, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top before serving.
  • Enjoy immediately, or chill for a refreshing dessert!

Notes

This dessert can last 3-5 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Avoid reheating and only freeze the mixture before adding strawberries.
