  • 50 g heavy cream (for a rich filling)
  • 50 g strawberry puree (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (enhances flavor)

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all the ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  • Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces to melt evenly.

Melting Chocolate

  • Place dark chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water and stir occasionally until fully melted.
  • In a separate bowl, mix heavy cream and vanilla extract, then gradually add to melted dark chocolate while stirring.

Making Filling

  • Incorporate strawberry puree into the chocolate cream mixture, folding gently.

Molding

  • Carefully transfer chocolate mixture into molds.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

White Chocolate Drizzle

  • Melt white chocolate using the same double boiler method.
  • Once dark chocolate molds have set, drizzle melted white chocolate over each piece.

Completion

  • Allow to chill for another 30 minutes before removing from molds.

Notes
