  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat cooked
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all ingredients and prepare the shrimp by peeling and deveining.
  • In a bowl, mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Carefully butterfly each shrimp and stuff with the prepared crab mixture.
  • Arrange stuffed shrimp on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until shrimp are cooked through and lightly golden on top.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with cocktail sauce or garlic butter.

Notes

For best results, use fresh shrimp. You can prepare stuffed shrimp ahead and refrigerate before baking. Serve with garlic bread, salad, or rice pilaf. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
