Ingredients
  

Sweet Chili Beef Strips

  • 1 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped, for garnish

Lime Ranch Dressing

  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp lime zest

Instructions
 

  • Slice beef thinly and mince garlic, grate ginger, and chop cilantro.
  • In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Add the beef strips and marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef in batches and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  • Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing, lime juice, and lime zest to make the Lime Ranch dressing.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and toss beef with a drizzle of sweet chili sauce. Garnish with cilantro and serve with Lime Ranch on the side.

Notes

For added heat, sprinkle chili flakes or drizzle extra chili sauce before serving. This dish pairs wonderfully with jasmine rice or crisp lettuce wraps.
