shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C) or as directed on the tater tots package.
Spread frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon.
Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top with chopped green onions.
Serve hot with sour cream and ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, swap cheddar with pepper jack or add jalapeños. Make it vegetarian by omitting bacon or using a plant-based alternative.
