Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients. If using a frozen pie crust, let it thaw.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Crack the eggs into the mixture and mix well.
  • Stir in the heavy cream until smooth.
  • Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue to bake for another 45-50 minutes until the filling is set.
  • Remove the pie and let it cool completely before serving.

  • Slice the pie, add toppings like whipped cream, and serve.
