  • 1 cup apple juice chilled
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 packet (3 oz) apple flavored gelatin or similar fruit flavor
  • 1 cup whipped cream vodka or regular vodka
  • ½ cup fresh apple cider
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • apple slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and prepare shot cups or molds. Chill the liquids for best results.
  • In a saucepan, mix apple juice and water over medium heat. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved, about 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in the apple cider, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until fully blended.
  • Slowly add the vodka and mix gently to avoid bubbles.
  • Pour the mixture into shot cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until fully set.
  • Before serving, garnish with apple slices and whipped cream if desired.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy responsibly!

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute vodka with apple soda or sparkling water. To make vegan, replace gelatin with agar-agar and whipped cream with coconut cream. Add caramel schnapps for a caramel apple twist or hard cider for an extra kick.
