Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and pre-measure the peanut butter, sugars, and eggs for a smooth baking experience.
  • In a large mixing bowl, blend the creamy peanut butter with the granulated and brown sugars until smooth.
  • Add the eggs one at a time to the peanut butter mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  • Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups into the batter.

Baking

  • Using a cookie scoop, portion out dough balls about 1.5 inches in diameter on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Flatten each cookie ball slightly to ensure even baking.
  • Press additional chocolate chips on top of each cookie ball for decoration.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes, checking for golden edges.
