Tuna and Vegetables

  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped

Dressing

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Rinse the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Drain the canned tuna.

Cooking

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process.

Assembly

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before chilling.
  • Cover the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
