Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Measure out the chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, and marshmallows.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely smooth.
  • Once melted, stir in the graham cracker crumbs until every crumb is coated with chocolate.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour and spread the chocolate and graham cracker mixture onto the sheet.
  • Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate layer, pressing them slightly to stick.
  • In a separate bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips using the same method. Drizzle over the marshmallows.
  • Refrigerate the baking sheet for 1-2 hours or until the bark is firm.
  • Once set, break the bark into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate if it's warm.
