Equipment

  • Tall Glass
  • Spoon
  • Milk Frother

Ingredients

  • 24 oz iced chai tea latte store-bought or homemade
  • 2 pumps brown sugar syrup
  • 2 pumps white chocolate mocha sauce
  • 1 cup oat milk or milk of choice
  • caramel sauce for lining the glass and drizzling
  • vanilla sweet cream cold foam homemade with heavy cream and vanilla syrup
  • caramel crunch topping for garnish

Instructions

  • Brew chai tea if homemade, then chill. For store-bought, pour directly over ice.
  • Stir in 2 pumps brown sugar syrup and 2 pumps white chocolate mocha sauce.
  • Pour in oat milk (or milk of choice), balancing with chai for a creamy taste.
  • Line a tall glass with caramel sauce, then add the chai latte mixture over ice.
  • Make cold foam by frothing heavy cream with vanilla syrup, then spoon over the top.
  • Finish with caramel crunch topping and an extra drizzle of caramel sauce.

Notes

For a vegan-friendly version, swap oat milk for almond or coconut milk and use dairy-free cream for the foam. Adjust sweetness by reducing syrups to taste.
