Ingredients
  

Protein Fruit Smoothie Base

  • 1 cup mixed fruit (banana, berries, or mango) fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional
  • ½ cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • ice cubes as needed for consistency

Instructions
 

  • Gather all the ingredients and ensure your fruits are chopped if needed.
  • Add the fruit and yogurt to a blender.
  • Add protein powder if using, followed by milk or plant-based milk.
  • Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste, then add ice cubes for a chilled texture.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting consistency with more milk if needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and milk. Add spinach, kale, or chia seeds for extra nutrition. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours, or freeze in ice cube trays for future use.
