Ingredients
  

For the Cocoa Bombs

  • 8 oz chocolate (dark or milk) Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
  • 3 cups cocoa powder Ensure it is gluten-free if needed.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Add more for extra creaminess.
  • 1 cup festive Valentine sprinkles Use a variety of colors for visual appeal.
  • 1 silicone mold Choose a mold designed for chocolate spheres.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and tools.
  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  • Coat the inside of the silicone mold with a thick, even layer of melted chocolate.
  • Once the first layer is set, add a generous layer of cocoa powder inside the molded chocolate.
  • Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the cocoa powder.
  • Add festive Valentine sprinkles over the marshmallows.
  • Cover the fillings with more melted chocolate to fully encase them.
  • Allow the cocoa bombs to cool completely until firm.
  • Gently remove the bombs from the silicone mold.
  • Decorate the outside with extra sprinkles or drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Can be frozen by wrapping each bomb in plastic wrap.
