Ingredients
  

For the Cherry Tomato and Mozzarella Skewers

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes Rinsed and dried
  • 1 pound mozzarella balls Drained if packed in water
  • 1 bottle balsamic glaze For drizzling
  • Fresh leaves basil Rinsed and dried

For the Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  • 1 cup spinach Fresh, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts Canned, chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 12 pieces mushroom caps Stems removed

For Assembly

  • 1 package heart-shaped crackers For serving

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves under cool water and chop the spinach and artichoke hearts if not pre-chopped.
  • Ensure the mozzarella balls are drained if packed in water.

Making the Skewers

  • Take wooden skewers and alternately thread the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls onto them, leaving some space at the ends for handling.

Drizzling balsamic glaze

  • Lay the skewers on a serving platter and drizzle balsamic glaze over them.

Making the Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.

Assembling the Crackers

  • Place a generous amount of the spinach and artichoke mixture in the center of each heart-shaped cracker.

Preparing Stuffed Mushrooms

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix cream cheese, breadcrumbs and seasonings with any chopped mushroom stems.

Baking the Mushrooms

  • Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Final Presentation

  • Remove the stuffed mushrooms from the oven and cool slightly. Arrange all appetizers on a platter.

Notes

These appetizers can be prepared in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For freezing, the spinach and artichoke dip can be frozen successfully.
