Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients, including mini pretzel twists, caramel squares, chocolate discs, and Valentine-themed sprinkles. Prepare a lined baking sheet.
  • Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) to soften the caramel.
  • Lay the mini pretzel twists on the lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Place one caramel square atop each pretzel.

Baking

  • Bake for 5-7 minutes, keeping an eye until the caramel softens but does not completely melt.
  • Remove the tray from the oven and immediately press one chocolate disc onto each softened caramel.
  • Sprinkle with Valentine’s-themed sprinkles before the caramel sets.

Cooling

  • Let the bites cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
  • Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to set completely.

Notes
