Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and ensure you measure them accurately.

Cooking

  • In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
  • Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate chips, butter, and a pinch of salt to the hot cream. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  • Once smooth, stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor.

Molding

  • Pour the mixture into a mold or onto a lined baking sheet.
  • Let the mixture cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Once set, cut or scoop into bite-sized pieces.

  • Roll the pieces in sprinkles or edible glitter for decoration, if desired.

Notes
