Ingredients
  

Pancakes

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Toppings

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 0.5 cup fresh blueberries
  • whipped cream for serving
  • maple syrup for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  • Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until just combined.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
  • Pour batter into heart shapes using a mold or freehand. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  • Serve pancakes topped with fresh berries, whipped cream, and maple syrup.

Notes

You can add chocolate chips to the batter or serve with Nutella for an extra Valentine’s touch.
