  • 1 cup Heart-shaped gummies
  • 12 pieces Colorful macarons
  • 2 cups Assorted savory snacks (e.g., cheese, crackers, and nuts) Total assorted snacks
  • 2 cups Fresh fruits like berries and grapes

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash the strawberries thoroughly under running water and dry them gently on a paper towel.
  • Prepare the other ingredients, placing sweets and savory snacks in their desired areas for smooth assembly.

Melting Chocolate

  • Using a microwave-safe bowl, melt your choice of chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
  • Be careful not to overheat as burnt chocolate can seize up.

Dipping Strawberries

  • Take each strawberry by the stem, dip it into the melted chocolate, and twist to ensure an even coat.
  • Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool and harden.

Arranging the Board

  • Once the chocolate-covered strawberries are set, arrange larger items, like bowls of nuts or clusters of cheese, around the board.
  • Fill in the gaps with heart-shaped gummies and colorful macarons.
  • Add a vibrant assortment of fresh fruits like berries and grapes to enhance the presentation.
  • Check for any empty spaces on the board and consider adding extra snacks or additional berries.

Serving

  • Give the board a final look to ensure it’s visually appealing before serving.
  • Use cute serving utensils for guests to help themselves easily.

Notes
