  • 1 cup Water (boiling) For dissolving Jello
  • 1 cup Water (cold) To cool the mixture
  • 1 cup Alcohol (vodka or other spirits) Adjust to taste
  • Whipped Cream For topping
  • 10-12 cups Plastic Shot Cups Approximately

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients on a clean and spacious countertop.
  • Boil 1 cup of water according to the Jello package instructions.
  • Once boiling, remove from heat and pour in the Jello powder. Stir until fully dissolved.
  • Add 1 cup of cold water to cool the mixture.
  • Pour in the chosen alcohol and stir gently to combine.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into shot cups, filling them about ¾ full.
  • Refrigerate for 4-6 hours until set.
  • Once firm, top with a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
  • Serve chilled on a decorative platter.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace the spirits with additional cold water or flavored soda. Consider using sugar-free Jello for dietary restrictions.
