  • 1 package Oreo Cookies (approximately 14-16 cookies) Choose regular Oreo cookies or gluten-free if necessary.
  • 2 cups Melting Chocolate or Candy Melts (white, dark, or colored) Ensure to melt gradually to prevent scorching.
  • 1 cup Sprinkles Use your choice of colors and types for decoration.
  • 12-16 sticks Lollipop Sticks Wooden skewers can be used as an alternative.
  • optional Food coloring For coloring white chocolate.

Preparation

  • Gather all the ingredients and ensure the workspace is clean.
  • Unwrap the Oreo cookies and lay them out on a flat surface.

Melting Chocolate

  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely smooth.

Assembling Pops

  • Dip about an inch of each lollipop stick into the melted chocolate, then insert it into the center of each Oreo cookie.
  • Dip each Oreo into the remaining melted chocolate until fully coated.
  • Allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.

Decoration

  • Place dipped Oreos onto a lined baking sheet and add sprinkles or drizzle with additional melted chocolate.

Setting

  • Let the pops sit at room temperature or refrigerate for 30-60 minutes until chocolate is hardened.
