- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal or similar rice cereal
- 3 cups mini pretzels heart-shaped if available
- 2 cups plain popcorn unpopped and cooled
- 1 ½ cups M&Ms red, pink, and white Valentine’s colors
- 1 cup white chocolate chips for melting
- ½ cup red and pink candy melts for drizzle
- 2 tsp coconut oil divided
- ⅔ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup conversation heart candies
- 3 tbsp Valentine’s themed sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine Rice Chex, mini pretzels, and popcorn. Gently mix without crushing.
- Melt white chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring until smooth.
- Pour two-thirds of the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture and fold gently until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle M&Ms, cranberries, and conversation hearts over the surface, pressing lightly so they stick.
- Melt red and pink candy melts with the remaining coconut oil and drizzle over the mixture using zip-top bags with corners snipped off.
- Before the drizzle sets, top with Valentine’s sprinkles for extra color and charm.
- Let the mix set at room temperature for 1 hour or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm. Break into clusters and serve or package for gifting.
