Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather and measure all your ingredients.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time and mix in the vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into heart-shaped molds, filling each about two-thirds full.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let the treats cool in the molds for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Decoration

  • Once cooled, decorate with melted chocolate and fresh fruits.

Notes
