- 1 cup Red fruit juice (cranberry or pomegranate) Can substitute with other fruit juices, but this will alter the flavor.
- a handful Fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries) for garnish Strawberries should be cut into halves or slices.
- a few sprigs Mint leaves for garnish Can be omitted or substituted with fresh basil.
- to taste Sugar or sweetener (optional) Start with a small amount, as you can always add more.
- enough Ice Fill the glass halfway.

Preparation
- Start by gathering all your ingredients. Rinse the fresh fruits thoroughly to remove any dirt or pesticides. Cut strawberries into halves or slices, and prepare a handful of raspberries.
- Take your favorite glass and fill it halfway with ice cubes. You can use crushed ice for a slush-like texture or larger cubes for a more classic look.
- In your prepared glass, pour in equal parts of sparkling water and red fruit juice. The mix should be about 1 cup each.
- Next, gently add the prepared strawberries and raspberries into the glass.
- Take a few sprigs of fresh mint and gently slap them between your palms to release their aromatic oils. Place the mint leaves atop the drink.
- If you desire a sweeter drink, sprinkle in sugar or your preferred sweetener. Stir gently to combine.
- Before serving, take a quick taste test. Adjust with more juice, sparkling water, or sweetener if needed.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the fizzy and refreshing experience.
